PICK-UP AND RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of fresh products, particular conditions apply to returns in ByTheRiver.

1. PICK-UP

The buyer must pick up the box at the chosen point within the established time. If not picked up, no refund is applicable as it is a perishable product.

2. RETURNS

Returns are only accepted if the product does not match what was shown in the farmer's photo at the time of purchase or if it is in poor condition.

3. PROCEDURE

Check the box at the time of pick-up. If there is a problem, do not scan the completion QR and contact info@bytheriver.io immediately.
