2. DATA WE COLLECT

We only collect necessary data: Name, email, phone number, and ephemeral geolocation to show nearby farms. We do not store card details (we use Stripe).

3. RETENTION

We apply the principle of minimization. We are legally required to keep transaction data for 6 years.

4. RECIPIENTS

We only share data with Stripe (payments) and Google Cloud (infrastructure), and between users to enable delivery.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You can access, rectify, or delete your data directly in the App or by writing to privacy@bytheriver.io.
